Aside from one mention of the word "compete," the students captured the essence of this sport: togetherness. What we have in common matters most — and that is Earth. Also, when we start seeing trash with new eyes, we begin finding solutions. That’s why Trash Cleanup is the only sport that checks both boxes on every April 6, the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace.
In an age when emojis have become our international language, the One Click section refers to the daily trash mob hashtags as a new shared language.
