Daily Trash Mob → a group of people who do cleanups on the same calendar date, regardless of where they are on the planet.

  • They do not know one another and never meet.
  • They share the same online space, but only when they begin using the Daily Trash Mob hashtags.
  • They share the same, much larger physical space → Earth - apparent only whe they begin using the Daily Trash Mob hashtags.
  • When more participants do it, they themselves are the ones who are taken by surprise as they realize they are not alone on that day & on that journey → their DAILY global synchronization becomes visible to themselves & to everyone else.
